Gave me more freedom of movement
This has been a saver for me. Tried shots on my knee; creams, different therapies that cost me a lot and came across this on Amazon. I can see the difference in a month; don't have knee pain at night where I have to grab my knee and move it when I change positions in bed. I have no knee pain at night and walk a mile every day. I still use a cane for extra support outside the home but if you use it twice a day you will see a difference. My Naturopath and Chiropractor said they are adding red infrared therapy to their patients now but I wanted one to use every day. It's a must.

seems to work
i was skeptical at first. I have an issue with my knee randomly giving out and days it just makes me want to wrap it in an ice bandage. I use this nightly while sitting in bed and i have noticed there is a difference in the mornings.

Work good while it worked but Stopped working after 6 months with no options for exchange or return. Il try a different brand.Buyer beware!

Inferred therapy pad
I just received it yesterday so I don't know if it is going to help with my shoulder pain as I have a torn rotater cuff. The only thing that I noticed is that the cord wants to slip out of the cuff very easily, very loose fit..
