I can’t begin to tell you how many ways this device has helped me and my spouse. We argue over whose turn it is to use it next! Just a few minutes of this on my aching back and I feel pain relief. She wraps it around her aching knees and feels better! The effectiveness, the durability, and the size all make it fit so perfectly on any place I need to put it. The value for my money was immediately obvious to me. I can rest better at night because it has a timer on it so it shuts off by itself. I’m gonna have to get my girl one of these because she needs to sleep with one on her knee as well.

This was purchased for me as a gift and I originally thought I wouldn't use it. Once trying it out I love it. It has multiple settings and I can use it while sitting on the couch or at a desk. It is light weight and comes with a strap so is can use it on your neck, shoulder, arms, legs or lower back.I'm using primarily for sore muscles from workouts. I have had shoulder surgeries in the past and ankle injuries often times rotating between ice and heat is very beneficial and this product can help with the heat as well as getting the benefits of red light therapy.If mine broke or got damaged I would buy another one because I love it. Highly recommend trying this product.

All my inflametion on my legs is gone! I approve the durability. The Cable is pretty long so it makes it more comfortable to use and to freely move which makes it easier to use! I love it❤️🙏🏻

I purchased this on July 17, 2024. It worked as expected, pain relief, & comfort until today. Initially the control display was half lit, so I checked all the connections. I unplugged then plugged it back into the power source, the display showed brightly but when I pressed any of the control settings, and attempted to turn the device on, the red lights flash for a split second then off again. I’m unsure if the issue is the control cord and/or the red light panel itself.Update: I used the USB adapter it came with and it works just fine now.

When I receive this I had been dealing with lower back pain for almost 2 weeks. I did 3 15 minutes sessions for 2 days and the pain was gone!I've used it a few times since then. It seems to work well.

I've used items like this before and this one does not do anything except have red lights. I feel no relief and there is no heat either. The instructions don't explain much. The plug is so cheap and flimsy I can't keep it plugged in the outlet. Overall it's a pad with red lights asd so cheaply constructed. Sending it back.

Really like this product, however it didn’t take long to have issue. We have had it since end of last year (2024) or beginning of this year. (2025) Have only used when we could. Have a spot that has a hole burn. It was pricey purchase. It’s because of defect that I am giving it a lower rating. Easy to set up, and put away. We use it on massage table as bed was too soft.Update on this. Seller was very kind and helpful with this issue. As a result of their service, we are changing to 4 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
