Dewalt Drill
Came with missing batteries when I was told I could have an exchange then told no I couldn't and should reorder but drill had gone up over£100 and when i checked return it states return to them 22nd March yet was returned on the 20th February so should be back well before so much for customer service!!

good little drill
I like:- the variable speed on the trigger- the 3 speeds- the torque due to the low rpm on the 1st speed (can twist your wrist if a bolt is stuck, can crack a well tightened m6 nut)- the automatic speed reduction when the torque limiter is used (in low settings) that stay variable on the whole range of the trigger- the chuck seems to still lock well the drills and the hex bits- the drill is quite thin so it is good to be used next to walls+/-:- drill that is short, so when using it with a second hand to force without the handle, a part of your hand will rub quickly on the spinning chuck.- well balanced with a 5.0Ah battery- the adjusted light is quite useful when you need it- not too heavy

Quality as I expected.
Great. I spent the extra for a quality product and am glad I did. I am trying to find reasons to use it more.I like the 2 batteries that come with it, the fact they are interchangeable with other DeWalt gear and the fact they are 5.0 Ah. As I built up my stock of tools I can just buy the tools without charger and battery and save myself a bomb.

Bought this for my husband. He has had different makes before it was extremely pressed with this. The battery life is fantastic.
