I've been using collagen supplements for years now. I messed up my knees even I was 24. If I don't take collagen for a day my knees start to hurt. I used different supplier before but they don't sell it anymore. I was struggling with finding similar product cause not all of them work the same. And I finally found the one with Better2Day. This works in ways I didn’t think it would.
I was looking into taking some health supplements and I HATE taking pills, I take a gummy women’s one a day, a biotin and now a collagen gummy. I regularly took the biotin and the women’s Heath gummies and felt no different, just in name of health. I’ve routinely had aches, unexplainable pains, enough so that I often wondered if there was something more too it, but nothing physical appeared so I chalked it up to anxiety or my imagination. I was looking into collagen peptides for my grandma’s joint pain and I found these.... I ordered for her and for me... because why not, right? I FEEL PRETTY
Had some concern about my nails and read up on the collagen. So far so good. I know it takes time and I'm being patient with this. Its also good for hair and skin. Both are doing pretty good right now.
