Authentic taste
It's hard to find this in a local grocery store though I live in New York City. My caribbean Friends thought it was superb. AND I'M DO BELIEVE THIS INGREDIENTS DOES GIVE THE CURRY EXTRA OR AUTHENTIC CARIBBEAN STYLE KICK.

Nice package size
These packages were bigger than I thought. I made curry, goat and sprinkled this on ten minutes before I served it. My hubby and son loved it. I found out about this from Deddy's kitchen on YouTube.I made the goat too spicy so I wasn't able to eat it. But my hubby said it gave it a really nice flavor I did not use a whole pack. I used about a quarter of the pack for about 2 pounds of goat

Expires early
The fact that these will expire within 1 year is sad. I usually buy seasonings and things throughout the year so when my Dad comes to visit us he brings us our favorite things in 2 large suitcases. I bought this as a test run and will not be buying more unfortunately.
