An absolute necessity for changing your own oil in a RAM. Perfect fit on Mopar oil filters.

I usually just use filter pliers doing oil changes saw it recommended in a video thinking it was a gimmick thought I’d give it a try. Boy was I thankful. I just got the truck and it was the first service I was doing on it and The filter was on so tight filter pliers started to crush the filter. The only way I could get it to break free was this tool and a hammer worked like a charm to break it free with out having to resort to the screwdriver method and make a mess.

Handle should be longer to loosen and tighten filter. This tool works, only handle too short for leverage

Intente muchas herramientas antes de comprar esta porque no creía q esta funcionaría pero la verdad es como dicen en mi país ( es la tapa del frasco) si tienes un ram 3500 disel solo necesitarás esta herramienta

the only thing that will work on my 2018 Ram Cummins. When I had a 2006 cummins I just grabbed my huge channel locks from underneath but this is a must to go through the wheel well on newer Rams.

Fits the OEM filter on my RAM 2500 perfectly

Could be thinner on the outside I will grind it down couldn’t get it by the hoses but I will thin it down to fit
