I have ordered the roti maker for my elderly parents. The product came defected with no handle as per attached picture. I initiated the replacement the delivery boy came to replace without the replacement product and when enquired said he will come back with replacement product and the pick the defected product. He never came back and now it’s showing status than replacement product is getting back to seller with no option to either return or replace the defective product. Poor customer service and height of negligence

Handle broken in just 3-4 times use. Not worth to money. Even 1 star is too much for this product
