Braceket looks nice and very comfortable on the wrist. My only question is add says it's waterproof but paper work that comes with it says to remove it when showering and not to swim with it on. Is it truly waterproof or not.....as advertised???

Well, I thought I would try it and after two days my rist turned color. I washed and cleaned it and tried it on the other list. Same on there too. I am thinking it not worth it.

Okay I've worn copper magnetic bracelets for years. I even have some of the smaller ones that I actually double up on my wrist. But I got these and put them on, one side of my body LET ME KNOW that I had them on. Over the following months I would wear them take them off for a while but my body rest put them back on see if they have the same effect and yes they did. Now I don't know if that's good or bad what I was feeling whether that's the effect I should expect or not, but eventually it appears my body became acclimated to the bracelets, and now I wear them all the time. Now my rating is a four-star I love the style of the bracelets, but would caution you again these are strong magnets and if your body is susceptible to magnetic fields you will feel them. So my quandary was when I give it a four star because of how I like them or three stars as a warning. You can always return them I guess.
