I contacted Hiboy support, and they were incredibly responsive, polite, and helpful. Cherry from the support team followed up quickly, confirmed the replacement part, and had it shipped without any hassle. She even provided tracking and regular updates throughout the process.The bike itself has exceeded our expectations. My son (7) absolutely loves it. The multiple speed settings gave him time to get comfortable, and the performance on both pavement and grass has been impressive. It’s quiet, powerful, and built to last.Overall, between the quality of the product and the amazing support I received, I would highly recommend the Hiboy DK1 to anyone looking for a great electric dirt bike for kids. This bike is the best present I ever got my son!! My 6 year old rides it every day, it’s sturdy, perfect speed and the battery lasts hours!! Putting it together was a breeze for my husband and he even did a little test drive on it and it was sturdy enough to support him! My son absolutely loves this bike, I can’t get him inside now! It 100% worth the money!

We recently purchased this kids' electric dirt bike for my sons 5th birthday, and we absolutely love it! The bike is easy to operate, making it perfect for young riders. It has speed settings which was awesome for managing their speed while learning. It offers a thrilling experience while being safe and manageable weight for beginners. The battery life is impressive, allowing for extended playtime without frequent recharging. Overall, it's a fantastic investment that provides hours of fun and excitement for our kids! We loved it so much we bought a second one for our older child.Son 5 yrs old 45lbsDaughter 8 yrs old 50lbsOldest daughter 11 yrs old. 80lbs.Easily carried the weight of each child. Speed slowed a bit with the 11 yr old, but it was more so a height thing for her. Shes too tall, but still rips around unbothered.

The description states this bike is suitable for 3 to 10 years old and unless you have an extremely tall 3-year-old this bike is not safe I bought two bikes one for my 7-year-old grandson and one for my 4-year-old grandson The 7-year-old loves it He's approximately 46 in tall The 4-year-old is 38 in tall and there's no Safeway for him to ride this bike Hi boy does not offer training wheels for the specific DK1 and refused to let me return the bike on the count that I missed the window for return which was two weeks after delivery unfortunately this bike was purchased as a Christmas gift on prime day , delayed for a month and arrived 7 weeks before Christmas and sat in storage awaiting Christmas Day, Amazon will not stand by purchasers on third party sellers and if you purchase something on prime Day you better open it Make sure it works and it's suitable two months before Christmas or you could be stuck with an item that you can't use or is unusable

Gots some power I weigh 260 and it still was pretty fast when I was on it but would recommend keeping it inside the motor don’t do too well in rain.

This is a great dirt bike! My 6 year old loves it and he rides it daily. It charges quick and holds a charge all day! It's been wrecked a few times so the body is a little banged up but it is mechanically perfect!

Amazing pretty fast 22 mph front light super bright horn could be louder but no one cares enough to even put a horn so I’m not complaining great distance we ride for hours stops on a dime and it charges pretty fast 3-5 hrs I’m really happy my kid is obsessed we see all the other dads drooling

My 5 year old loves his electric dirt bike! I love the modes as level 1 is decent for a beginner. The level switch is in a weird spot as twice my sons legs hit it and switched the mode to level 2 without realizing which can spook him and make him loose control in a panic but thankfully didn’t go down like that. Other than that i would highly recommend has a functioning headlight for evening or night riding. Battery life could be a lot better or come removal for multiple batteries to be used and charged simultaneously
