Incredible learning tool!
So helpful, yet backfired a little. Let me explain. The kids loved this so much and learned so much, they started figuring things out on there own. They were unbuckling their seat or lap belts, undoing the cabinet locks or clips, trying to tie others' shoe laces. These were 2 yr olds! Such a great idea. It really keeps them engaged. They do get frustrated quickly at first, but if you work with them and show how each piece works, they are determined to figure it out on their own. You can use this in various ways. You can even make your own or set up activities around the room or house related to this book. The kids have to use their critical thinking and problem solving skills and apply them. I love it. I'd recommend, especially to give them non-electronic time.

Developmental toy for toddlers
I got this for my two year old niece last Christmas. She has not put this thing down. She carries it everywhere and has developed basic learning skills. Its a nice size and she takes it with her on car rides and it gives my sister a break in the car or where ever. It was a win win with the money and hey for girls its pink and cute :)

Great alternative to screentime
I love this product and think all kids ages 2-5 should have this for car rides instead of tablets/phones/screens. It is an issue that many kids coming into Kindergarten don't yet know how to tie their shoes. It's common now that 8-10 year old don't know how to tie their own shoes because they're mostly Velcro or slip on kinds. We need to be giving young developing minds more realistic options to keep them entertained besides screens at such young ages conditioning their vulnerable brains to only want bright flashy colors and activities that provide instant gratification which we're already bombarded with constantly. However toys such as these provide entertainment and teach them how to use their own bodies to accomplish important tasks such as buckling, tie shoes, lacing shoes, zipping up coats and pants. Us parents are doing too much for them and on top of it aren't giving them enough opportunity to engage and interact with the world around them instead of a fake world within a screen. This product gives parents a better option on car rides or staying busy in a restaurant because not only does it give them practice with buttons, zippers, laces etc but also has a place to learn about time and the days of the week and a white dry erase board to draw pictures or practice writing their letters or numbers.

Great for 21 month old grandson
My 21 month old grandson loves this "activity book". Every time I visit, he goes and gets it and we sit on the couch and go through the pages. He can only do about 30% of the items, but that doesn't matter, since he will grow into the others and I expect this will be fun for him for a couple more years. At least for now, we enjoy doing it together. As others mentioned, the velcro is less-than-adequate, which is weird when compared with the snaps that are way too hard to use. But overall we love it.

Material is felt and maybe not safe for 1-2 year olds
Parts seem like they could easily come loose and be eaten by toddlers.

Good design
Unlike some others like this, almost everything stays attached. Important for a plane or restaurant where you don’t want to be scrambling for pieces that the child drops.
