Nice coarse salt to use in my mill. Others bought locally are just too fine even though they are advertised as salt for the grinder.

Don't be like me and think that this coarse salt is dually applied to dishes and foodstuffs. It is not. It is a great value for the money, as a little goes a long way, yet does nit mask nor overpower more delicate flavored foods like eggs or steamed veggies. I tried using it for an appetizer garnish in it's straight coarse form. That was an epic fail. It won't crack a tooth, but it won't be an agreeable texture. Grind it, and be happy.
