OGILVIE, Perm, for Normal Hair, (ea.) (Pack of 2)

Excellent product, Long used by wife until now when dexterity las limited ability to personally do the hair perm process. Still is highly recommended, plus application curlers, for a long lasting hair appearance result at a very economical price as compared to a salon service.

This is the 2nd time using this kit on my teenage son and it works great for his hair. He has a slight wave and texture to his hair for reference. Smells like crap but all perm solutions do! Will continue to purchase this as long as Im perming his hair. The curl holds for months in his hair.

I've purchased Ogilvie perms for many years. They have always worked very well and gave me just the right amount of curl. Never damaged my hair. The last 4 boxes I have purchased have not been effective AT ALL. Absolutely no curl - not even any body. They've been a total waste of time and money. Obviously something changed about the formula, making them totally ineffective.

I have been using Ogilvie Precisely Right for many years. I love it because it is easy to use, doesn't dry out my hair, and doesn't take 2 hours to finish. Your done in about 35 minutes once you finish winding. It's perfect for my short hair.

The box did not have all the items in it. It contained the heat activator, waving lotion and neutralizer. It did contain the end-papers, drip guard, instructions or applicator caps. I used the perm with the missing items and it turned out fairly good. I don't know how long it will last.

I gave my grandson 2 perms with this and it lasted 4 months. He loved it. I did get some tips from my hairdresser.

If you're buying this because it has a drip guard, it doesn't. It perms hair well and it lasts though. The packaging should be sealed to secure what items are in the box. I don't know if there's high quality cotton in there that ppl are swiping but it would help if they would secure the box with tape or something to ensure ppl are buying all that they think they're buying.

I only received 3 plastic bottles solution. other perming materials are not included and there is no original box as like in the picture. How can i use the solution with out perming paper???

The shipment is already very bad, it takes forever to arrive. Then when I tried to use it (following instructions written at the box, at first yes it effect but the next day my hair return to its normal and gets extra drier too.

Just as easy to use as the regular home perm I used to use that isnt being sold any more. Very grateful to find this. Great results.
