It's really great helpful during travel. I am regularly using comfortable and washable. But button quality is poor which is not able to fix and not able to remove.

The fit is loose and they are not accepting the return
The fit is loose and I would like to return it. I initiated the return whereas the delivery person informed us that it is not possible to take it as the cover is opened. We receiveed the packaged wrapped just in a plastic cover and nothing else. Trying the product without opening is not possible and the lame reason provided to cancel the return is this.
