Although this item is advertised as unlocked, it is locked to O2. I had to send it back

Useless….arrived at 8.20 pm Supposed to be here by 1 pm.. paid an extra £4.99 for that.
As above. No plug…supposed to arrive by 1.pm…I paid an extra £4.99 for that. Could’nt charg it up….no mention of no plug…useless….too Late…not as described…I expect a full refund including the £4.99 postage.

Very cheap
Arrived looked nice, easy to use keyboard for my elderly mum. BUT the sound quality whether you are making the call on it or at the receiving end is terrible. Too much echo, tinny sounding and no way of adjusting the volume. Glad it didn't cost much as it went in the bin. Should of realised the price was a clue.
