Simple stick? Nope! Harder than it looks and you’ll love it
Simple and easy to use. So interesting that such a simple coil spring bar can give you such a Resistance workout. A friend recommended this to have my home as I was recovering from some health issues. Either have it sitting next to a chair or next to my bed so that if I have a few minutes, I might grab it and use it. I will say that, even though it looks easy, it’s much more difficult than it appears. I wish I would’ve gone to a lighter Resistance but I guess it’s pushing me to work harder. I also went online to see if there were more suggested positions and exercise

Good Way to Start Upper Body Exercise
I wanted to augment the isometric exercise I have been doing with my legs through an indoor cycle setup.This bar is perfect to pick up and do some repetitions when having to sit for any period of time. You feel the improvement in a relatively short time. Posture is better, shoulders seem wider, easier movements.I recommend.

This “instrument” does NOT come with any instructions. Other than that, it seems to be sturdily constructed. I look forward to using it.
