Didn't hate it. Flavor profile just wasn't for me. It did help keep me going throughout the day though.

A very great tasting jump start to any workout. I use 15 - 30min before my workout and it gives me a nice "sustainable" amount of energy to get the job done

I’m not a pre workout guy. I hate scooping and mixing pre workouts… so this was a great alternative that I was excited to try. I’ve gone through one case of it and I’m already looking forward to receiving the next case. It gives me great energy to get through my workouts and I enjoy the taste. The fact that it is not carbonated is an additional plus for me.

I love the taste of the drink and it most definitely picks me up every time.The screw in and off again cap is and the non carbonated feature is also fantastic.It needs to be 16 ounces instead of 12 but otherwise great

If you have a sour tooth and love citrus try this!! Most ready to drink pre workouts significantly under dose most if not all ingredients which is not the case here. The price is always changing so I’m only willing to pay $20-$30 a case after that it’s a lil excessive as far as price in my opinion.
