I like this lock. The bitting on the key on my lock could be more challenging, but it does feel robust, and I like the carry bracket too. I used to thread my old D lock through the rear rack.I needed a new lock because the key jammed in my old lock, so I've set my computer to remind me to lubricate this lock with a squirt of GT85 once a month.URL for Squire's details on this lock (PDF): www.squirelocks.co.uk/pdfs/squire_hammerhead_key.pdf-----1. After using this for a few weeks the carrier bracket needs some superglue or thread locker to stop the screws in the face from working loose.2.The thing I find I like most about this lock in comparison to my old lock is that it's not handed, you don't need to have the shackle facing one particular way for the lock to turn.
