This baby rub really helps with a congested chest. It is very settle smell not as strong as the regular Vicks. I rub it in the chest area and at the bottom of my baby feet for a better night sleep whenever he gets sick

I used it when my baby had his first cold and use it when he appears to be a bit stuffy. I could not find this in store when I looked at Walmart and Shoppers in my town. I was able to purchase it and get it the following day on here.
