Perfect! I needed a Foam Roller to use on my flat workout bench to make it like an inclined bench (this helps raising my back by 30 degrees, which is recommended).The Foam Roller has saved me a fortune, replacing the old flat bench with a new inclined bench :)I recommend.

So glad I bought this as my friend bought one of those hard plastic ones. I have had such brilliant results using it on tight, knotted muscles. You can control how deep you want to massage.

Seems like an ok quality roller, but it's quite a bit softer than what I was looking for. It'll work but it's not as effective as it could be.

This is 3rd roller in about 10 years, I have a love/hate relationship with them! Yes they crack your back and bring back/shoulder relief plus stretch me just where I need it but usually they are hard as rock and I feel bruised sometimes after using them, they can be like rolling on concrete. I got this roller as I saw it looked to be slightly cushioned - and it is - it makes all the difference. Yes its still a solid roller but it has a softer surface and has some 'give' to it, making it so much more comfortable. If you're looking for a roller that will stretch you out but be a bit more gentle on your body this one is the one to go for. Not a massive fan of the lilac colour but I'm being picky there -its genuinely a great one.

Fair price and am pleased with the product.It dents very slightly with heel pressure, which is not at all a problem for me, but may be if you prefer a 100% rigid roller
