Quick question. How do you keep it fresh? I want to order this but I'm afraid it'll go off before I can finish it all.

I actually store mine as it comes just in the bag once I use more up I am putting it in a plastic tub. But if you do some math as far as buying off the store shelf Orville Redenbachers you only have to buy @ 10 containers off the shelf at over $5 per container. Even if you have to toss some in the garbage you more then likely will come out ahead in the end. You could always talk to friends and family and see if they want to split the bag with you as well. Hope this helps. BTW check your local restaurant supply stores as they may carry it for a bit less $ that is what i did.
