As they says Black seed oil cures everything but death? Not sure about that but I do know for a fact that I've been taken this black seed oil faithfully for 6 months and when I went for my blood work I couldn't believe the results!!! All my numbers had improved even my A1C . And the only difference was I started taking Mother's Black seed capsules told some of my friends to try and see what happens guess what their numbers improved too!!! Highly Recommend this product!!!!

Great Black Seed Oil Capsules
I have only taken this for a view nights but seems to help with calming me down and staying asleep. Maybe placebo effect but something to consider when taking. I am on a holistic journey and this product has been added into my supplements. Easy to swallow no smell. Highly recommend as of now but will come back and update.

Spicey. Take honey afterwards. What ever you do take capsules early noon after eating. If you take them late you may not sleep very well. Peppery!!!

My first few bottles were great but my last one came with all the pills stuck together so I couldn’t use them.
