Basically Brand New!
I can’t believe how flawless this laptop is. I kind of expected to have some sort of issue or flaws (at least minor) and have run across nothing of the sort. The body of the computer is undamaged, and it performs beautifully. There’s plenty of storage, it’s fast and efficient, easy to use, and 100% worth the cost! I know it’s a lot of money to spend on a refurbished product, but this is the second time we have purchased a refurbished Mac in the last 10 years and have been thrilled with the purchase both times. I’m even trying to convince my mom to go this route when her current laptop finally dies. Overall we have been really happy with this laptop, and the 1 year warranty makes it even more worth it!

Super fast and easy to use!!
I was veryyy skeptical about buying this because of the price. But for being a (refurbished premium) item it’s all i want/need it to be!! I’ve been using it all day so far and I had charged it all the way and it’s only dropped down to 80%!! No scratches at all! Keyboard had no scratches either :) Looks almost brand new! I wouldn’t know the difference if someone told me this Macbook was used or brand new. I HIGHlY recommend buying the Macbook :)))

Laptop is good. From day 1, charger overheats and sparks so had to be replaced.

Light and functional laptop
Bought this as an upgrade for my wife's 10-year old laptop. It is lighter, beautiful and functional at the same time. I am an Apple disciple who believes this is the best bang for the buck in terms of features, mobility and cost.

Poor quality and customer service
Couldn't charge and start the laptop when it arrived. Spent more than an hour dealing with Amazon online customer service and got transferred between various departments. Eventually, they recommended returning the product. After all the hassles, however, I didn't get a full refund. It was 50 cents short. Why should I absorb the fee after they sent me a defective item? Absolutely nonsense.

Seriously I was skeptical but THIS IS THE MOST PRISTINE refurbished anything and I don’t even believe it’s refurbished at all. Buy this!!! PRETTY SURE ITS BRAND NEW from the pristine apple packaging to the laptop with not so much as a smear on it. shocked, VERY HAPPILY! 💖💖💖💖💖💖

Brand new unopened Macbook
I ordered this Macbook Air M2 a bit apprehensive about a “renewed” Macbook. But “premium” was the way to go. I literally got a brand new unopened MacBook Air M2. I am blown away and couldn’t be more satisfied. My experience may not be typical for everyone, but i feel like i won the lottery. The performance is awesome. I love the Starlight color. And i am certainly going to enjoy this brand new Macbook.
