Best Pronation lift strap for the price. One of my favorite armwrestling exercise tools. Feels solid and comfy. The soft mole skin like material is easy on the hands.

I use it for pronation. It works well. Ive only used 60 lbs of freeweight and 110 lbs of machine/cable weight, but its held up fine for that, for what thats worth. Time will tell how far I can take it, but it shows no signs of stress.

It’s an incredibly durable strap that can handle a decent load. Especially when coupled with a loading pin. It’s honestly really good for the price. A nice addition to you traveling fitness gadgets/ home gym.

This item is great for forearm tension and your fingers. It’s really soft and comfortable so you wont be struggling with discomfort doing your training, even for a non arm wrestler this will help your overall forearm and grip strength

Good for pronating and supinating the forearm muscles as well as targeting a few other forearm muscles

I bought this after watching a bunch of arm wrestling videos and have always had weak hands and wrists and decided to start doing light weight routines to improve my strength and flexibility. The strap is very durable and has a soft fleece like feel on the inside.
