If I could award 10* I would! These socks are brilliant for wearing with sliders around the house & are perfect for bitter South African winter down to the minus numbers!

Love the soft and comfortable socks although when new they discard little bits of sock material on the carpet which I pick up every so often but otherwise very confortable.

These heat holders socks have a tog rating. They keep your feet snug and warm. The best thermal socks by far, and I've tried lots. Thick so maybe need a half size up shoe for extra comfort. Wash well. Wear to watch football and go for walks in winter.

Beautiful as expected good quality

I bought these socks on the advice of a podiatrist as I suffer annual toe problems related to the winter months. She actually referred to them by brand. The socks arrived and I was initially impressed with the thickness and warmth which was naturally my reason for buying them. After using these socks for a month or so I can say its the first ever pair of socks I have dumped in the bin so soon after buying them. The problem is that they do not have anywhere near enough elasticity to hold them up your calves. Great in the morning but four hours later the tops of both socks are level with the top of my boots, and each sock has gathered up inside my boots to the point that it's painful to walk. Absolute garbage. They need more elastic or grippy silicone bands on the inside like some sports socks have to stop them slipping down. Don't bother.

Very impressed with these. As long as your shoes/boots are waterproof you can say goodbye to cold feet. Very thick and you might find them "a bit snug" when worn with normal footwear but seem fine in trainers, boots etc. Wash well but do lose some "fluff" from the inside on the 1st wash so possibly wash them separately to other clothing for the 1st time. You can also buy a work sock with reinforced toe and heal, they are not as comfortable as the standard sock but ideal for more physical activity in cold weather.

I've worn a pair of these socks over normal socks almost every day for the last 4 months. They're really great, they've kept my feet warm and comfortable whilst working at home. The big downside is that bits of small and quite large black fluff bits come off and can be found all over the carpeted areas of my home. It's quite annoying. So, whilst they work really well in the heat department, they're slowly breaking down and probably won't last more than 2 years.

Tanto per avere un'idea, avevo preso dei calzini 100% lana alpaca prima di questi e non sono lontanamente paragonabili a questi. Questi calzini termici tengono i piedi molto più caldi. Inoltre una cosa che non avevo notato è che c'è il marchio in alto a destra del calzino. Non mi sarei aspettato che fosse moderno e giovanile. Probabilmente è un valore aggiunto. Il prezzo magari è un po' alto, ma alla fine funzionano.

Eftersom jag är allergisk mot ull, köper jag dessa strumpor för att hålla mina fötter varma under wintern.

Ich habe immer sehr kalte Füsse, das heisst: Ich hatte! Diese Socken sind richtig warm und wunderbar weich! Ich habe zu Hause nur Fliesenboden und trage normalerweise Hausschuhe, da die Füße auf dem kalten Boden leicht durchkältern. Die Socken isolieren aber so stark, dass ich gar keine Schuhe benötige - praktisch auch für Senioren, die nachts zur Toilette müssen (dann aber lieber rutschhemmende der gleichen Marke kaufen!) Die Füsse bleiben warm - ohne zu schwitzen! Einfach herrlich! Zunächst hatte ich Bedenken, dass mir (Schuhgröße 40) diese Einheitsgröße passen könnte, aber die Socken passen sich dem Fuss exakt an! Ich habe heute mit diesen Socken den ganzen Tag bei Minusgraden im Garten gearbeitet. Während ich früher trotz spezieller Markenwollsocken oft zwischendurch reingehen musste, um die Füsse aufzuwärmen, konnte ich den ganzen Tag draußen bleiben, ohne kalte Füsse zu bekommen! Ich kann diese Socken ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen und werde noch weitere kaufen!

Non ho mai trovato una soluzione al problema dei piedi freddi, questi calze hanno veramente risolto! Ho aspettato a fare una recensione per testarli anche a temperature più basse intorno allo 0º e devo dire che hanno superato il test. Nonostante siano belli spessi non fanno assolutamente sudare il piede. All’interno tra l’altro sono morbidissimi. Assolutamente consigliato!
