These noodles are good quality, there is loads of sauce in the sachets, the noodles are really special, they are thick and chewy, some of the best noodles i've ever had. The taste as described is Sichuan-style, this is not a taste westerners are used to as these flavours aren't used commonly in English/European/American cuisines, or even the foods we get usually at a Chinese take-away. So it will be a different taste, but it tastes authentic. I lived with language students from China as a child and they cooked Sichuan food from scratch so i am familiar with this kind of flavour and spice-level and these noodles taste authentic enough obviously, not 'chemical' as another reviewer said.

They are not flavourful and the first packet I cooked the noodles disintograted to mush.

I've been trying to find an alternative to the Sichuan Yi Bin Burning Instant Noodles as they stopped making them. These looked like they could have been a good alternative, but unfortunately, they're not as spicy and the broad noodles make for a slightly stickier texture. Without comparing to the holy grail mentioned above, they're still nice enough, to pack in a decent bit of heat and the noodles are tasty.

Package came damaged and I couldn't have the noddles as they were open because of damage

Got influenced into buying these after seeing on tiktok - disgusting chemical taste

the texture is nice not it’s not worth the tiktok hype.. flavour isn’t good😩
