This is easy to put together but getting it tight enough so it’s doesn’t fall down is much more difficult. Once it’s put in place it feels secure. It’s just getting to that point. Also, the longer the pole is made the less secure and more flimsy it is. Best used without all 3 pole segments.

Initial impression is everything is nice EXCEPT for the “rubber” stoppers / non-slip caps that fit on the ends to help hold the tension rod in place. Those things are more like semi-gloss plastic that are essentially useless. Against my better judgment (and after shrugging off the “we are not responsible for injury/damages if this thing falls” disclaimer on the packaging), I went ahead and installed it. Easy enough, just follow the directions. Rod, baskets, and hooks themselves are sturdy and wellmade. But even after installing everything correctly, any contact with a combination of steam and weight (ie from your shampoos and soaps) will make this thing unstable and fall multiple times until you’re so fed up with it that you stop mid-shower to finally just take it out completely. I’m of the mindset that niche products like these should work solely with the items and tools they provide you with (especially for the ~$50 price tag), and you shouldn’t have to make modifications like adding adhesive tape etc to it. So don’t bother buying this until they improve the end caps, or if you’re willing to risk it and/or have some sort of lip for the rod to help support it.

While the baskets an hooks are great. The rubber stoppers on the ends of the poles will not stay up on smooth surface. I tried going the long way in my shower, it fell twice. I even took a rod out so I was only using two pieces, going the shorter distance across my shower. It still fell. It is in so tight I can’t pull it, or so I thought. The slightest bit of steam or moisture and the stupid thing crashes to the floor. I have no use for a product that doesn’t work. I thought about finding better stoppers. But at this price, I feel it shouldn’t need modifications to work. I’m returning the product.

I was expecting a chrome bar, but looks like a flimsy bar painted in gray? maybe metal? I am giving it a try in our bathtub/shower still but the "chrome" isn't really chrome...... but seems to hold some shampoo / conditioner bottles OK so far but I am skeptical of putting too much in the baskets.

This product really provides more space in my tiny shower/tub! I am disabled and have to use a shower chair, so this helps another! The only dislike I have is that I occasionally hit my head on a basket!

My shower is awkwardly made so it doesn’t fit the stand up tension racks. Works great for keeping the little ones from making a mess with all of your products when put up high. Or great for toy storage. Very sturdy and not had any issues with it knocking down.

We bought 2 and one of them rusted in 3 weeks. The hooks, the bar, everything.

It was very easy to set up. There are three rods included in case your space is larger. I needed only two parts to fit my bath. and it installs just like the usual tension rods for shower curtains. Then you hang hooks and/or baskets. My bath has enclosure and has rounded inside corners so I couldn't get the rod as close to the wall as I wanted, so the baskets hang at a slight angle. The baskets have protrusions sticking out the back to rest against the wall.The organizer fits lots of stuff, although I wouldn't put heavy stuff in there. But it is great for hanging washcloths to dry and such. It fits perfectly with the Zenna home organizer I have that hangs to the side of the shower - same finish and style, even though my old organizer is quite old. Both organizers are unusual and work just perfect for my home.
