Great product easy to install and very flexible with different chairs.

I really love my flight chair however …..know this…. You need to be a little handy all chairs are different it’s not plug and play(lol). I spent 3 to 4 hrs getting mine right but once I did its great. It’s solid, I am 5’9’ 160 lbs and fit in like a glove. If your bigger you and need to separate the controls further apart look at your chair carefully and see if u can make it work. I’m not 100% sure but if your gaming chair is cheap I wouldn’t recommend it. My chair was a heavy duty leather office chair with cracked leather I got for free so I bought a cover for 10$ on Amazon I am super happy with the finished flight chair.way better than attaching to desk. P.S. I still suck at elite dangerous but I’m getting better I can get to the buttons faster. Good luck and happy gaming

I wanted to move to a HOTAS setup for Elite, so I procured a VKB NXT EVO, a STECS standard, and this mount. The mount was not terribly hard to install. I did find that one of the tightening wheel holes had to have the threading cleared up with a tap so it would go in all the way, but that was the only real showstopper. I do like how you partially move the devices out of the way, which helps when I'm using the chair for work and need to get it a bit closer to the desk. Where you need to have your expectations in check is how rigid the setup is. Ultimately, the chair mounts are levered pretty far out, and heavier devices (STECS in particular) cause it to tilt forward somewhat, especially if you use them "enthusiastically". The VKB gear fits on it fine otherwise, and I don't have any problem using the throttle, but if you're sensitive to having a rock solid mount, this is probably not the right solution for you.

real flimsy lots of flex and give, no matter how tight you try and tighten the bolts it still slips over time. Loads of side to side and front to back flex espeically on the throttle side because of having to press it forward or pull it back.

The directions were really unclear and frustrating to follow. Several parts were actually made backwards compared to how the instructions said they should fit, which made assembly confusing and time-consuming. On top of that, the screws were labeled differently than in the manual, and I was missing a few entirely. It felt like a guessing game trying to put this together. The final product is okay, but the process getting there was not worth the hassle.

its great. even though its not for my gaming chair, i was able to make it work. I did change one thing, and I like to make a suggestion. The bolts that hold the joystick mount to the frame mounted on the chair, instead of a bolt I used a pin so if i dont need to use the joystick i can easily remove it instead of a bolt

Took some time to put together correctly, and even after installation I had to get VERY creative to mount my Thrustmaster HOTAS X, although I do have a very old 1st Generation Model. I upgraded to a Logitech X56 HOTAS and at first I was angry because it couldn't mount to the plates I'd used, then I discovered it needed the large sliders installed instead. At this point, I can't remember for the life of me where I put my extra hardware, but I opted to buy desk mounts instead, and here's why: - The cabling between many Throttle/Joysticks will run across your lap, forcing you to completely remove both Throttle and Stick before getting out of your chair.... EVERY TIME you get out of your chair, unless you want to climb out and over everything. I don't. - No matter what you do, the gap between the metal pieces is at least 1/16th of an inch, possibly more, and this causes a great deal of wobble. There does not seem to be a way to correct these, as even with 2 bolts installed on each side, it STILL wobbles an annoying amount, so instead of making stick adjustments, you just move the entire mount, and your plane doesn't move, which makes fine aiming impossible. This technically functions, and if there were nothing better, I'd say go for it, but the desk mounts are actually cheaper, and more effective. There's no reason I can think of to buy this item instead of desk mounts.

I had to fiddle a bit with mounting it to my chair. A three-screw triangular mounting option would have been useful. Fortunately, I managed to mount it to my office chair. It fits perfectly, although it would have been nice to have the ability to adjust not only up-down and left-right, but also in a third plane somewhere near the chair mounting point. Overall, it looks okay; it's a bit wobbly, but I don't plan on yanking it, so we'll see how it holds up during gaming. Finally, it would have been nice if the screws were black.

De una calidad cuestionable, los joystick puede ser apretado y bien montado que los joystick bailan. Malos me quedo corto no merecen el precio que tiene. Además por muy bajos que los pongas quedan superaltos. Para poder usarlos tengo que bajar la silla y subir la mesa....lo que trae el problema que cuando quieres usar el teclado y ratón parezco un T-Rex. Eso si de altura lo puedes poner alto muy alto o en el quinto pino, y largo desde brazo humano o brazo orangután, no entiendo que la altura apenas se ajuste bien (sigue siendo muy alto) y de largo te lo puedes poner que puedes darte un paseo desde la silla hasta los joystick.
