There is 20 mg of natural caffeine from green tea.

I thought that there were 9 essential amino acids, with histidine as one of them. Why is it not included in your product?

Histidine is conditionally essential. In adults not so much essential. Without getting into too much science here, for most adults histidine is NOT essential, thus 8 amino acids and not 9.
