We re-purchase this month after month to achieve our Omega 3 goals. We’ve been taking Omegas for a long time and this one is excellent as you don’t get the nasty fishy flashback with it - there’s a lemon oil added so that when it DOES come back (they ALL do in my experience) it’s pleasant as it’s a lemon essence instead of dead fish. Absolutely worth the money for quality and “taste”!!

Happy with these capsules. Good quality, no trace of fishy smell. One star cut for pill size being a bit too large.

Habe lange nach einem hochdosierten Fischöl gesucht, das man wirklich durchhält. Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega überzeugt: Pro Portion (2 Softgels) 1280 mg Omega-3 aus gereinigtem Tiefseefischöl, mit 650 mg EPA und 450 mg DHA. Zitronenaroma ist angenehm und überdeckt den Fischgeruch fast komplett. Bei mir keine Aufstoßen-Probleme, wenn ich die Kapseln zum Essen nehme. 120 Softgels = 60 Tage bei der empfohlenen Menge. Schlucken geht leicht, keine riesigen Brocken. Plus: sojafrei, glutenfrei, ohne künstliche Farben. Verpackung und Frische wirken seriös. Klar: Es ist ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, kein Wundermittel. Ich merke vor allem, dass ich die Routine einhalte, weil Geschmack und Verträglichkeit stimmen. Preis ist nicht der günstigste, Qualität und Dosierung rechtfertigen das für mich. Würde ich nachkaufen.
