Arrived with broken pieces inside. The shells were also not as shiny as I'd hoped they'd be, so it was not as pretty as the picture. But, I had no issues returning it. It might have just been the one that I got and it wasn't handled gently. Don't let me dissuade you from trying it if you like it. It's made of shell so every one of them is going to be different.

Also, this is such a great piece as it is somewhat neutral and can blend well with any other home decor. Very versatile. I did not find any sort of defect, or damage to the art work. Based on a very positive experience and the level of enjoyment I am receiving from having this in my vanity- I would recommend it to other consumers. A very lovely piece.
