Is this for steel or plasic cable ties?

It is for stainless steel ties only

Are spare cutting blades available for this? The front of mine came loose and the blade fell out

All I can suggest is visit the manufacturers website and ask the question. It looks as though it will come apart for changing blades etc. Hope this helps? Steve

Do you sell the spare blades for these?

you can buy the spare steel ties through a company called https://www.partex.co.uk/

Does this cut the tie off flush or does it leave a sharp edge?

Hi Alan, yes indeed it cuts the metal tywrap flush as long as you position the tool correctly. It's a breeze, quick and easy to use with adjustable tension settings for larger tywraps.
