I am so happy to finally get a AMAZING forearm exerciser!!! Everything I bought before was a crap, and this thing is a game changer for me.After undergoing surgery, I needed a reliable tool to help rebuild strength in my forearm, and this forearm exerciser exceeded my expectations. It’s compact, easy to use, and provides just the right amount of resistance to challenge the muscles without overstraining them.Yo guys if you are looking for forearms exercises you have to buy it! You won’t go back to rubber scam never again!!!!NOTE:I initially thought the Tornado was broken due to the plastic gasket, but it turned out i had to remove them before use. The customer support team provided lightning-fast assistance, helping me reassemble the tool correctly. Since then, it's been working smoothly. So don't panic hahah

Before I got this, I had puny forearms, now they are shredded and vascular. I love using it in the car at red lights.

I don't work out forearms and this is a blast on my forearms. It's so st***d easy that I feel silly doing it but it's so effective. Unless your a professional body builder or pro athlete that utilizes forearms daily, this product it with it.Update 03-20-2025:The tolerances on the threads is poorly done. I was replacing a "puck" and couldn't get the threads to engage. My guess is that from the constant maneuvers twists and bends and turns that the threads- considering the poor tolerances- warped.I sent it back.

I only bought this to try to see if I could rehab my chronic carpal tunnel and tennis elbow pain on my right arm for the past 4 years. To skip the suspense, It worked... and for the first time in 4 years my elbow pain is gone, plus now my right hand grip is now equal to left hand grip. It took about 3 weeks of almost daily use to see the results, but after that, Ive used it every other day to keep my conditioning. I did have some discomfort the first 2 weeks as i believe my tendons and ligaments were in the process of tearing down and rebuilding.I will say however, the system is not without faults. I had to return the first one because of stripped threads, but thank God the replacement was normal. It's also a bit quirky in how it operates but I look for results and not perfection. So..yes It's expensive but honestly I'm just glad it worked me...I'll take this over surgery and pills any day.

I initially bought two of these for my son's wrestling gym, and for the most part, it worked well. My son and his friends were using them regularly, and I liked the results. However, one of the devices started to lock up after a short while. I tried to fix it, but eventually, the handle completely popped off, and it seems like the threading is stripped.I'm disappointed that you can only return it within 30 days, especially considering the price. For over $200, I expected better durability and customer service. I couldn't find any contact info to get help, so I’m left writing this review. The product does what it promises, but the build quality could definitely be improved.

I’ve had mine about a week! Skeptical at first, the more I use it the more I like it. I’ve had elbow pain for some time, but it has completely gone away. I do the exercises slowly, really concentrating on the movement, and it works wonders for me! I will be keeping it!

Product has amazing potential but mine broke within first 5 minutes of using it. I followed the instructions exactly. The piece that broke is the small black plastic piece that goes between the handle and the middle part. I also noticed that the knurling was deeper on one handle compared to the other. Product would’ve been awesome if the black piece didn’t break. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to see how long the friction pants would last. When I looked on their website, they don’t offer a replacement for the black plastic pieces either.

I use it as an forearm 'crank' while riding my Peloton which is great for both arms and cardio. The internal rubber disks didn't last long. I replaced them with cheap protectors you would put on a chair leg. They work great.
