Q: Does the tapered plug-in adapter work with a Fein Turbo I?

If you have the 35mm/1 3/8”, the answer is no. However, if you are operating with the 27mm/1 1/16”, the answer would be yes. Best of luck.

Q: How long are the fittings, and will the fitting with a 1.5" id, stretch a little or is it hard plastic ?

The fittings are hard plastic. They really don't fit any of my tools without applying tape.

Q: Does this work with the black and decker orbital sander?

Not sure about the Black and Decker. It did not fit my DeWalt, however I heated one of the ends that was close to the right fit and it works great.
