Q: How long do they last with minimum 5 miles walking daily and some weekly running?

they are my favorite shoes but 10,000 steps a day they will last you 4 months till no tread and maybe 5/6 till there's a hole. I'm 220lbs

Q: Can you wear this in water?

Yes they work well in wet environments

Q: Are these comfortable for people with flat feet?

I bought them for my husband. He says they’re not very supportive for flat feet, you have to build up the muscles in your feet to be able to wear them comfortably. He wore them for only an hour at a time at first. Now he can wear them longer because he has strengthened his arches.

Q: Are these good for Yoga?

You can try. Due the nature of Yoga, it should be done barefoot. These shoes are very light weight and perfect for heavy lifting, calisthenics, and body weight exercises. They don’t add weight and heft to your foot which is an amazing benefit.
