Worked great
I would recommend this product. We used it to go camping. We put our tent, sleeping bags, screen tent and other items in it. We actually saw quite a few on other cars while traveling. Easy zipper which helps with loading and unloading. Not too hard to attach.

Fantastic!
This thing is everything it's cracked up to be! I used it for a cross-country road trip. It held SO MUCH stuff! I got it on the roof by myself (53 yo female) and strapped on super easily. I was so nervous about it for the first few hours of driving; I kept getting out and checking that it was solid. There was no need--on my 4-day trip it didn't even budge. I also did have one night of torrential downpour and was worried--but everything stayed perfectly dry. I only wish I had bought one of these years ago!

Hold on tight!
I got this for my SUV to move my daughter into her dorm a couple hours drive away. We are a family of 5, so we needed all the space we could get, while also fitting all her stuff that needed to move to college. This was my test run since we will be moving in a bit and this could be handy. The zipper was a bit stiff and made it kinda hard to open/close with ease. The straps definitely need to be pulled as cinched as possible, and then re-pulled after hitting 50+mph. I liked that the mat was included….completely replaceable at the dollar store if something happens to anyone’s. Im happy with the purchase and would recommend.

Highly recommend.
Absolutely recommend. Drove cross country for 4 days in intense rain and wind and this thing didn’t budge. Nothing got wet, and had no issues with noise or excessive flapping. High quality product. Works great on a car with no roof bars.

NO FRONT STRAPS
Used for a 2000 mile road trip. The key problem I have with this carrier is there are no forward facing straps. If you don't have this filled to capacity, you have extra fabric and without front straps to secure it, it flaps VERY loudly on the freeway. We had to pull over and do some rigging to cinch it down tighter and secure the excess. The second issue I have is that the most forward top strap is quite angled. To connect them, both straps pull at an awkward angle. We did loop the forward most straps to our front cross bar, but the angle made me worry it would rip.I did give 3 stats because 1. We drove through some rain and had no moisture inside the bag and 2. The capacity is really good. With that said though, if I wasn't outside of the return window I would send it back to find something with true front straps.

Smaller model worked great, this one ripped on first use!
We used 15 cu ft roof bag last year and it worked great! Needed something bigger so we got the 20cuft model and it ripped on first use! I could put my fist through the hole! Now idk how we're going to be on the trip back, I'm going to have to duct tape the hole so rain and wind doesnt get through and then strap down everything else!🤦‍♂️

Got the job done
Drove from MD to FL through sun and some crazy storms within 24 hours. Kept all of our items protected and perfectly dry. Can fit A LOT in it as well!
