I have tried the light and medium roast, love them both. Love kion. Love the quality of their products and I will continue to buy. I am a coffee snob. This tastes great, smooth and for the price I’m still saving money over getting in line at the drive thru for sub par coffee

Major price increase (nearly 20%), no longer worth the high cost
It's good coffee, but definitely not worth $35/bag. It's not even a pound; it's only 12 ounces. That's $47/lb! I've been drinking this daily for about 4 years, and they just lost a long-time customer with this nearly 20% price increase. See ya! Would not be surprised if they drop the weight down to 10 punches, keeping the packing the same and the price sky high like this. Could have sworn just a couple years ago it was $19.95 for a 16 ounce bag. Now it's nearly twice the cost for 3/4 of what you used to get. Perhaps enough long-time customers will balk at this massive price hike, and Kion will realize this major price hike is actually bad for business. They surely lost mine!!

Coffee
I really like the coffee and drink it everyday. My last order that came yesterday the boxes were in good shape but when I opened the box two of the 3 bags had holes punched in each side. I will be returning them.
