Sharp sounds in hearing aids

Squealing is caused by the hearing aid not fitting perfectly to the ear canal. Please check whether the right and left ears are correctly fitted, or replace the hearing aid with a larger ear cap, or put the hearing aid on tighter.

Hearing aid does not work after full charge

This is usually the result of not removing the transparent film from the hearing aid. The transparent film is used to isolate the current. After removing it, place the hearing aid back into the charging case and recharge it. Then it will be normal.

Loud noise in the aids

This hearing aid is suitable for people with full range hearing loss. If you have only a single band of hearing loss, you will hear excessive noise or distorted sounds

Why is there noise when using it?

Tips: When you first wear the hearing aids, it is normal if you hear some background noise, because you hear more sounds than before, and the noise will reduce after 2-3 weeks when you get used to it.

How to use this hearing device?

1.Full charge before the first use. Tear off the plastic sticker on earbuds before charging 2.Insert the hearing aids into ear canals tightly 3.Long press to turn on and use it
