overall a good set. I gave it 4 stars because I ended up finding some for around 10 dollars cheeper in store when its usually the other way around

Kit worked well and plugged into factory outlet perfectly.Disappointed though that it didn't come with the mounting plate that tidies up the install. Had to source that separately

Why the blue wire isn't as long as the others makes it like a 4 wire. I still need to run addition wires to the back of my trailer for backup lights

Re wired a trailer, the last harness I bought failed after a few years. This harness appears to be quality and normal heavy gauge wiring.

I bought these to add back up lights to my boat trailer.I was just going to replace the entire wire system but instead I had to separate two of the 25'ft wires to use for the back up because the kit only comes with one wire about 1'ft long not the two 25'ft you would need to go up both sides of the trailer.I had to splice everything steal two wires from the kit for back up lights and reuse my old ones for the rest of the lights.I should have just bought 50'ft of wire and universal 7way repair plug.I love Amazon but anymore it seems like I'm either not happy with the product I keep or I send back if I haven't missed the return window.And I send a LOT of stuff back

I added a new surge brake to my boat trailer and needed a 5th wire so brakes would not be applied when I was reversing. This did add the 5 pin adapter with my order and everything works great.

I see allot of crying about the short blue reverse wire. It is there for the surge brake lock out so you can back up your trailer without the brakes on. I have this on my boat trailer and it works great.

Mr. Bunny chewed the original set of wires. Routed this set so it will not happen again unless Mr. Bunny jumps into the trailer and if that happens - I will be serving "Hasenpfeffer"!!

Cette couette de fils est ce qu'il me fallait pour connecter 1. les lumières de freins, 2. les feux de positions, 3. le clignotant droite, 4. Le clignotant gauche, 5. La mise à la masse. Donc, 5 fils comme sur la plupart des produits japonais. Merci !
