100 White Plain Matches Matchbooks Wedding, Anniversary, Birthday, Party

Maybe it was my batch, but these matches tend to "shoot off" small fiery particles when struck. I never saw this before (in over 60 years.) Maybe it has something to do with an EPA regulation regarding the formulation of the head or striking surface? I don't know. Just be careful when wearing your finer garb or delicate bedtime unmentionables. lol These matches also have a very sturdy " stick." Perhaps the thickest I've ever seen and seems to burn a bit slower. That's a good thing, I think. If I had a complaint about these matches, it would be that the striking strip lasts almost exactly when the book it empty! Weird science!? Anyway, with these caveats (I can't believe I wrote this much about book matches!!) I'd purchase again when needing some more. Thanks.

Worked well for its purpose

I was hessatant at frist in making this purchase, not knowing what to expect. However, after receiving them I was really happy I made the purchase.. They light up very easily when striking and seem to be a step up from most other brands I've used. I would definitely recomend them!

It is what the description says. Matches are sturdy enough to strike without breaking, making it easier to light than most match books. Simple, effecient books that were perfect for handouts with a cigar sale. I did not get them logo, or personalized, so I cannot speak to that quality. Will purchase these again when I need more.

Matches used to be free and often one could get plain white. Mostly the covers were marred with ugly ads sometimes cute but usually ugly except for ones of hotels, nightclubs etc that some people used to collect like stamps. I like white because I can draw my own pictures, cartoons & messages and give them to people.

Work great in the bathroom after going poop & a great value. Don't hesitate. Buy these.

Nice supply of matches, good price but not easy to light. After you have used about 1/2 - 3/4's of them, the lighting strip on the back no longer works

A must buy! I bought these matches to use as part of our wedding favors. I printed labels for each side of the matches (one side said our names, the other side said the date), then combined them with a purple votive candle, wrapped in tulle and finished with a purple ribbon. Turned out adorable. If you're looking for cheap matches that are great quality, these are them!
