These do work - I am diabetic and get neuropathy which requires strong painkillers and stretching until I tried these - leave them on all day and night and change daily - lot less pain and swelling and have less meds ! Cannot recommend enough and hope it works for others !!

I wanted to try this product as I do not sleep well. The pack contains enough pads and adhesive plasters for fifteen applications. There is no instruction as to which way the pad should be placed however there is a smooth surface and a slightly coarser surface on the opposite side so I place the smooth side onto the adhesive surface so that the coarser side has contact with the skin. Adhesion is very good but is also easy to remove. The product recommends using at night however I was very conscious of it and it made my feet feel irritatingly hot so I prefer to wear it during the day - couldn’t see any reason why not. When the plaster is removed the pad is dark and there is a slightly oily, sticky residue on the skin which wipes away with warm water. Pads are disposed off in the bin. Results? Well, after five applications, I do find I am having more restful sleeps and quite unexpectedly I feel better than I have in months; I feel more calm, cheerful and optimistic and this morning I actually caught myself singing in the shower! Haven’t done that in years! Product seems well made and is easy to use and store, also, since I have experienced a positive result, seems good value for money too.

I love these and it is so satisfying to peel them off in the morning and see how black the pads have become. At first I struggled to sleep with them because the tape annoyed me but I got used to it. I definitely feel lighter, more refreshed for using them and they are much cheaper than a spa break.

Amazing product. I used to suffer neuropathic pain in my feet all night despite prescription painkillers, since using these patches I have no pain and can sleep. Easy to apply, great value

Not very impressed by this product. You can easily achieve better results with just putting red onion chopped on your feet and leave it over night. Yes the smell is not great but the results feel much better.I personally wouldn’t buy this product again

Pending how much intake the individual has eaten over the years the fat & toxins build up over the years in his/her body ..After trying these myself,I am feeling lighter ..but will need more I've had a month,s worth so fare ..Hay! I'm 65yr,s young I've eaten a lot of rubbish over the years and have become very open minded on alternative intake,s to help the inner body out and am learning to respect my inner body a 'lot' more than I used to ..Put simply you buy a car to keep it rolling along nicely you look after it clean it every now & then and give the engine a clean every once & and a while inside and out where possible check the tires,and she will per like a kitten for you!...same situation with your own body ...hmhm without the purring kitten of course.
