Smaller than I expected
Not suitable for a meal as too small , very good for left over veg etc

Great meal prep dishes
Used these for my elderly parents who need some meal prepared for them. Perfect portion size. Can use in the microwave straight out of the freezer and also bung in the dishwasher afterwards without any distortion. Definitely would recommend.
