Light is ok bright easy installation only down side is that when is hot hangs down from the ceiling mining is not strait inner part bends from the hit.

Very bright
Very bright put two of these in my hallway one at top of stairs one at bottom what a difference they make easy to fit painted after installing easy to remove for painting as well

Its sooo bright.....
A very bright light for an average stair and landing in a 4 bed house in the UK. Bought 2 lamps to replace existing pair that are far too dim. One of these lamps is more than enough. The fitting of the lamp to the ceiling is very easy with its bayonet type connector. Comes with screws and wall plugs. The design is a bit bland, almost clinical. Colour temperature of the light is perfect. It is the nearest I have seen to day light from a led lamp. It is perfect for indoor photography. Produces a soft even light. Excellent value at £15.

How to separate
Brighter than expected. The fixing plate slides off the main light for fixing to ceiling which is not clear from the instructions. Once fixed the main light just slides back on, a really good solution.

bright light but does not sit level
Although the light is pretty bright, i didn't like the way this affixes to the ceiling. I found one side seems to dip away form the ceiling due to how the fixings are configured.
