I had a very disappointing experience with this hair removal machine. The wax roll overheated and melted at save temperature, creating a serious burn risk. The wax leaked everywhere, causing a huge mess that took hours to clean. A product like this should be safe and reliable, but this was neither. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

I wanted to like this product, it was ok the first time I used it but the on/off switch is located where your hand holds the device so I was constantly turning it off when I didn't intend to. I found a quick fix, to unplug the device when using the waxer but this was annoying. The second time I used it the roller wouldn't work. I tried various rollers - some previously used and new ones and I couldn't get it to roll on the wax. I cleaned the rollers and made sure to get the wax very hot - as high as the temperature allows but the rollers didn't work. I'm not sure if the temperature gauge is accurate and the wax was hot enough but I gave up after an hour of trying. The design is nice - it feels good in your hand and if they fix the location of the on/off switch it would be helpful. Not sure what can be done with the rollers, perhaps I just got a lemon? Edit review- the seller contacted me for a full refund and apologized for my experience. I did not have to have to edit my review but I really appreciated the seller’s response and perhaps I should have reached out to them to begin with.

Pretty good, wax is efficiently. The only thing is I wish you didn’t need to keep it plugged in to keep it set to a specific temperature. I felt like mine cooled down pretty fast, but I also live in the Midwest so that I might have something to do with it.

I ordered 5 different wax roller from various brands on amazon and various prices. This was the most expensive but its the only one that works. The others dont get hot enough causing it to be very difficult to remove the cloth strip, they drip wax, you cant use the roller while plugged in, in one the wax cartridge didnt stay in the roller and kept falling out. They were all awful.. but i tried my luck and ordered this one expecting it to be terrible, but low and behold its EXCELLENT. Dont bother with the other kinds that dont have the temperature shown on them, they dont heat up.. buy this one and save yourself the hassle.

Pros: This was by far the easiest wax hair remover I've ever used. The machine had a temperature adjustment setting, but wasn't really needed because in order for the wax to work at its best, it had to be heated to the highest setting (125 degrees). Con: I was able to use this machine 3 times before the wax leaked internally and got in the electrical plug-in. Machine would still turn on but would turn off before it reached a temperature of 90+. I did appreciate that safety feature or else it could have caught fire. I'll more than likely purchase another machine. *** UPDATED REVIEW *** Upon completing my last review, I was messaged by the seller regarding the issue I had with my original item. The seller offered to send me a completely new item due to quality issues with the manufacturing of the first. I was ready to just purchase another one, but agreed to have the new one sent. Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem Set! Die digitale Temperaturanzeige ist super praktisch, da man genau sieht, wann das Wachs bereit ist und sich nicht verbrennt. Das Wachs lässt sich dank des Roll-ons sehr gleichmäßig und dünn auftragen. Das Ergebnis ist streichelzarte Haut ohne große Mühe. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen!

I really like the product and have used it couple of times. I forgot to click pictures before after but I wanna give a pro tip for easy and smooth usage: PRO TIP- 1. Maintain the temperature, I left mine connected to power. It was easy to glide. 2. Before you glide on your skin, just do it on the sheet first for every(each application ,I mean it) smooth application. Won’t hurt the skin or become sticky. I hope it helps.

Was sceptical about this. It looks good on the tin and the product advert. But I have to say. They have smashed it out of the bag. It is brilliant, ever so easy to use. Very clean no mess. Temp of 125 does the job. I can not recommend this enough. It is a must buy product of all time. Whomever thought of it, hats of to you. Massive 👍 up
