We ordered this to repurpose our blanket chest to a coffee table and it works wonderfully!! After shopping for a coffee table with a lift up top for dining or as a desk, one weekend, we were agates at the prices of them, so my husband search for them on Amazon and found these!!! We use this everyday and it seems durable, easy to install and use. It closures gently bc we guide it but even when we don’t it seems to be a controlled closure. We believe this was WAY worth the money, and will probably be repurposing more tables for our AiirBNBs. 👍🏻👍🏻!!

These lift hinges are very solid and very durable. They’re a bit pricey for what they actually are, but nevertheless, they’re of good quality. I used these on a bench/toy box build. Smooth open and close and no sound when in use. Very nice!

I like the design of the ANTEISI Lift Up Top hinge. The hinge unit has two channel bars that split apart. The top and bottom channel parts have 4 holes which is plenty to secure this hinge down. I also really like the pipe around the spring. The pipe keeps your fingers from getting pinched in the spring when it moves. The pipe part also is the stopping part that makes the hinge rest on the pipe. When the hinge is erected the spring is pulling and it is inside the pipe. Both hinge parts function the same. Each hinge part is exzactly the same. This was a set of two hinges , one for each side so they lift together. This hinge set functions well with the shape of the parts and the correct spring strength in my opinion.

I got these for a table I'm building. They're sturdy, look nice, and have very smooth operation. The springs have good tension to them. I have no qualms with using these for my project.

This hardware set was easy to install and makes for a great addition to my coffee table. Now I can just lift the table top up and enjoy my breakfast (or any meal) with ease. I highly recommend this product.

I turned an old coffee table into a lift top table now. It was very easy to convert with this kit, and now makes it that much easier to eat my dinner and whatever else I need. These are very strong and can handle lots of weight.
