Received ripped embroidery bag from the back side and it seems like the embroidery from all over the bag will rip soon. So many defects. I have received a defective item. I am super disappointed with this bag.

There's a lot to like about this reasonably priced dressy clutch bag: it holds my really large phone and a few necessities, it has a helpful chain strap to make it easier to carry, and you can conceal it if you want a more subdued, elegant look. It has a velvety finish, closes well, and is available in various attractive colors. It looks very good and worked well for me as a wedding guest (and is still looking good after several uses.) I think it is well-made. However, it is very stiff, and somehow that reduced the perceived quality for me, as if you could tell there was cardboard behind the fabric. To be clear, looking at it, you can't tell that it is stiff, etc.. It actually looks well-made and dignified. For those of us who only occasionally need a dress bag, this is really great value. However, if you are attending an event where people spend a fortune on their accessories, carrying designer soft leather clutch bags, etc., they may recognize that you didn't spend a fortune on yours.
