Amazing gluten free cake mix!
This is our family's go-to gluten free cake mix for birthdays and other events. The cake tastes so delicious, and the texture is fluffy and moist. I have tried so many gluten free cake mixes, and this is definitely our favorite (the chocolate is incredible, too). I use this to make cupcakes, too, and they turn out great. It usually makes about 18 cupcakes (not 24). Definitely recommend!

The best gf cake mix!
If you’re looking for a gluten free cake mix, look no further and buy this one! It is so yummy! It’s light, fluffy, and sometimes I have to double check the box to make sure it’s actually gluten free. We are also dairy free and it works well being made dairy free. The whole family loves this cake and not everyone is gluten free.

Tastes like childhood (but better!)
For my birthday, I was craving confetti cake cupcakes and where I live, there aren’t bakeries who cater to gluten allergies so I decided to make it myself. This mix is sooo good, reminding me of being a kid!! The cupcakes came out very moist and it was really easy to make. And obviously much cheaper to make at home :) King Arthur caters to my celiac needs and I can always trust their products.

Finally!
I’m so pleased to find a cake mix that is edible. It’s moist, with a nice crumb. My whole family ate it and all were surprised how good it was, ( my poor family has tried a lot of nasty baked goods since I became Celiac). It’s so nice to be able to share a good tasting dessert.
