Nice chair, The fixing plate to fix the back to the seat is made wrong so if you follow the instructions it would be impossible to make.Follow this order to make the chair, see the photo for each number sectionSection 1 do as shownSection 2 do not do instead Fix plate H to main chair bracket C, You have to put the bolts inside section C and then screw the bolts from inside section C you only get a 1/4 turn each time so it is slow going when they made the plate they put the threads into plate instead of section CSection 3 Ficx the C unit to the base of the seatSection 4 Forget for nowSection 5 fit the seat to the wheels unit, then loose fit the arms to the seat, and then do the same to the back, making sure the back is behind plate H that is fitted to the seat, line up the 4 bolt holes and secure the back to the seat, tighten all bolts.Hope this helps, when the chair is delivered it comes inside its own box and then put into a bigger box what a waste of materials

bought 2 Chair, and one chair have the screw holes are somewhere else than they should be. Second chair is okay.

This chair broke within a month AND I have asked for a refund twice now! I started the refund process 2 weeks ago! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Terrible quality, don't waste your money.

Assembly of the chair was difficult ... the fixing plate and bolts do not tighten properly. Once assembled, even with the bolts fully tightened, the chair is wobbly and creaky and the chair is uncomfortable to sit on.I'd rate this chair zero out of five. One to miss.
