Are the cups a 3 inch diameter still?

This item does NOT have the same 3" diameter bases that the original did, these are 4". I purchased this thinking that they were 3" and now I can not use my previously purchased cups at all.

No 110 v, you would need a converter to power down.

Can dry ingredients be blended in these nutribullets ? Oatmeal, nuts, and raisins?

It has more capability with 900 watts of power and is designed to blend tougher ingredients like celery, ginger, and whole nuts to a smooth, even consistency.

Can this blender make salad dressing?

Hmmm.... I guess. I dont know what the criteria is for making salad dressing. This thing has sharp blades that spin really fast. It will liquify just about anything you put in it. I use it to make smoothies and it perfect for that. Hope this helps.
