Hesitant to purchase with so few reviews. How has this scooter been holding up for customers?

I really can't answer this question yet as I only received the scooter today. We are having problems getting it off the shipping container (a steel frame on a pallet which my grandson had to take apart). So after he got the frame off, following the very limited instructions, we can't get it to start because we can't find/get to the button which takes it out of shipping mode to on. It's very confusing right now. I did send a request to the company about this and hopefully I'll get a response tomorrow but it said up to two days. Also, I don't know what type of vehicle you have but I can't find a carrier that will fit the scooter on because of weight restrictions with carrier & scooter versus what my car can handle. Very frustrating because they don't say that before you purchase, I found out afterwards. But it is very pretty with a lot of things I really don't need. I hope this helps you and I haven't confused you. I wish I could tell you about it in a few days when I can actually get to ride it! Have a nice day/evening!

Can it Go into stores

I would not take it into stores unless the store has very wide isles like Costco. The scooter has a wide turning radius and is large. Works well on the streets.
