I started taking only half of the recommended dosage a day as I was concerned about the product. I'm now taking the full dosage a day. I have to admit it's a fantastic product. I've not had any problems with it.I feel better with the product as part of my routine diet than without. It's making me feel stronger than ever before.I've also noticed a powerful rate of recovery. I'm almost 40 now. At 20, my body would've ached after a work out. After taking this product, I feel perfectly normal. It's like my body is telling me that my exercises are easy. I've considered doing more exercises because there's nothing stopping me doing them.My orgasms have improved, not by a huge amount, but a noticeable amount. Maybe it's just the exercises I'm doing, maybe it's this product. Who knows? Either way, the product seems to have a role in it.The only downside to consuming the product is it's powder. I have to remove the powder and drink with water. I need about a glass of water to make sure it's all gone down the gullet.The flavour isn't amazing nor is it horrible. It's like paracetamol. I am in my mid thirties, have been working nights for 10 years and finally my fatigue has started to creap in.I work between 48h-60h a week of night shifts and do sometimes go without a sleep after knowing I'm off that night (family and other obligations).Being an active person helps a lot when I need to use up some of that stored energy, which sadly isn't there as it used to been.My days off and even between the night shifts can be busy when I'm not sleeping and this is where these particular booster capsules should come in handy.I've been taking them for a couple of weeks now and there are some noticable changes in both pros and cons department!It all started with cons:- For the 1st two-three days I've felt sleepy after an hour of taking a couple of capsules to a point I'd fell asleep on the sofa.- I was irritated more then usual, occasionally jumpy and angry.- After a few days despite a 2l+ water daily intake and a balanced diet, I've become partially constipated (noticable changes).- I wouldn't advise to take capsules on an empty stomach as it felt heavy and there was a slight strain on my abdominal system.It has continued with pros and a con:- My energy levels and endurance are both higher and I manage a better workout when in the gym (time allowing me).- I wake up earlier then usual when I have a night off and feel more rested but that might deteriorate sooner, which means I'd be in bed eariler that night (if off work).- Being partial constipation or shall I say 'changes' still present two weeks later.Capsules are a couple of month's supply, are not the worst size but they might cause an obstruction for some when swallowing.Some beneficial ingredients and some that are/are not proven 100% as more trials and research needed.I will update this thread how I'm getting along when I come within a couple of weeks of ending the current 120 capsule bottle and will adjust the rating accordingly. At the moment I can't neither recommend nor decline the use of this product and thus I'm rating it down the middle!
