Require drying out. Moisture inside due to no true seal.

Came with moisture inside each one. The packs are not sealed well so acquire moisture in shipping it seems. They really need to change this as it's quite a hassle to dry them all well with out leaving finger prints on the inside. you can use gloves and pry them open and air dry them with cool air, or use some no value cards in a stack of 5-10 deep to hold them open and let them dry normally. extra work for something that should have been solved.
